Just Disable Auto Scan Malware FromSettings > Battery & Device Care > Click On 3 Dots On Top Right Corner > Automation > Disable Auto Malware Scan

ITS WORKS | I TRIED THIS METHOD ON INSTALLING ZEDGE | IT TAKES 9 SECONDS ON MY M31S WITHOUT TURNING ON THE (AUTO MALWARE SCAN) OPTION | IT TAKES MORE THAN 20 SECONDS TO INSTALL IT WITH THIS OPTION TURNED ON...!!!
