As confirmed by Airtel they r providing 5g in roll out phases so might take time depending on area and 5g tower installation even though ur city might have got 5g
If u r using 2 sim cards disable the other sim and try it will show properly as 5g put airtel in sim 1 if still the problem persist do a factory reset it worked for me using s22 ultra
