What if samsung implement a feature in one ui 5.0 that blurs wallpaper  on home and give the home screen a 3D look ?

Why samsung pay doesn't work in watch 4 in India but it works in s22 ultra  in India. WHY SAMSUNG CHARGED EQUAL IF THEY AREN'T GIVING THE FEATURES??
