Same problem but service centre asking Rs 8k ,so stopped buying samsung,this phone is only 2yrs old and I m selling this A 71 and will buy some other brand,useless phone
Fast charger not using is not a solution this phone takes long time to charge in normal charging,that's y fast charger is given but if it drain battery then there is no use of giving such features.
Yes,bro,at 9t 11pm I had charged my phone to 100% mrng 6am I checked it was 54% ,without any use..This is horrible in this type of expensive flagship phone
