Just today I found a YouTube video for temporary fix, you can install PWMfree which can help get rid of this green and yellow to some extent give it a try, have to download from xda.

Facing same issue after this recent update on my s10 plus, I think it is due to software only and how is it possible suddenly so many S10/N9/S9 having same issue, if this is due to hardware.
