When did you purchase it? Usually it will map automatically. Anyway try to add your iemi and see whether it's activated.Incase it's not activated after 10 days of first usage , you may contact samsung customer care.
3. That can be monitored in data usage feature built-in. The only thing is it doesn't show daily basis. But we can track which app is consuming more data.From logical perspective, I would avoid some adware consuming my resources when the same purpose...
