Software update caused the greenline issue on my S21 ultra.. Thought it was supposed to improve the performance and bug fix but look what it has done !! .. why there is no free replacement for software induced damage?
Thank you for the suggestion. I have already raised a case with them but they rejected free replacement siting that I don't fall under 3 years within purchase date eligibility criteria. I am looking for twitter and consumer helpline options.
Thanks for the suggestion. I am not in that 3 year criteria.. but how does it matter when they claim Oneui7 with Android 15 is compatible for S21 ultra which released in Jan2021?
