Blurry telephoto lens pictures on note 9

Whenever I am using the telephoto lens, for zooming in for a shot or live focus, I am getting blurry pictures. The camera just doesnt seem to focus. Anyone else facing this problem?The above picture was shot on photo mode using the telephoto lens
