Charging stopped after some time, android 11 updated, when I remove charging pin and re inserted it starts charging please any solution!

My phone updated to android 11,after I saw qr code scanner in notification panel, but when I open it just showing camera, unable to read qr code when I placed infront of code,only working in Samsung internet, please this only for me or all A20s users...
