Was the option to adjust the video mode to 60fps or 120fps removed in S9 Plus in One UI?

I am using Samsung S9 Plus. Whenever I get an incoming call and I try to attend the call by taking out the phone from pocket, the touchscreen is being pressed and the calls are being declined with the default messages. It is really annoying me a lot....

Can we pin notes and to do list on Samsung S8's Always on Display?
