while i am playing 1440p60hdr videos on YouTube in full screen they become flicking again and again..but when i m seeing in small screen (means not full screen)..then it work good but in full screen my note9 screen blink..so please help me sir/madam....

when i am open gallery and tap on photo so photo does not open smoothly. during opening of photo i feel photo stuck then open. so pls how to fix this problem.i hope u understand my problem
