While using my m21 the screen goes blank for 2-3 seconds and then returns to lock screen. After unlocking I have to again open the app I was using.Any idea how to solve this problem?
I am trying to update m21 software using smart switch pc app, but even after successfully connecting the mobile desktop app freezes the moment I click update tab. How do I resolve this?
Couple of months ago system ui was crashing and I could see it in device care report but after updating Google web view it was resolved. Since the latest update I get a blank screen and nothing shows up in device care report
