Worst service ever, I've brought the samsung galaxy s24 ultra 2 months ago and excited for ththe one ui 7 update but still did not get the update as the 7th April is already passed. What samsung is doing don't understand.

Dear Samsung, we have been eagerly waiting for one ui 7 update, and i have brought new samsung galaxy s24 ultra just because I like the one ui software update. When will you release in Kuwait
