Call the customer care, email the Samsung support team and Samsung service head, raise a complaint on NCH App, and also via Members App. Follow up everyday. Update here the responses. Good luck.
It seems that not all service centers have received this notification. I'll mention this to the Samsung support team on my next call. Thanks for the information.
