I HARDLY USE EARPHONES i purchased galaxy note 8 on november11 2017. unfortunately my earphones start having problems this month.. first sound in right earpiece got low.. i thought its may be bcoz of earwax ..but a week later lost sound in left earp...
exactly my issues regarding dual volte feature.. now we can use only one sim at a time.. no upgrades yet to use both sim like earlier for data and calls. we need to take this issues to higher authority in Samsung
u should accept it... u dont want to repair earpiece. just force customers to buy new expensive earphones. i got my earpiece repaired within 10min right in frint of me. never expected samsung to say that 6 month warranty shit.. u should atleast ch...
guys please visit a local mobile repair shop. they will repair earpiece. dnt trust samsung they always say to buy new..my earpiece got repaired right in front of me in 10min.. that guy was genius
