Samsung Galaxy A71 charging time dissappears sometimes and phone charges slowly on its original charger.and also heats up while charging. Any one of you facing this issue?I thinks it's software issue.

You can also check it by Samsung members . Simply go to get help in Samsung members and then go to phone care.you would see different options there like mic test. Speaker test battery test etc.
