Try the above method from samsung or the one I used and see if it works. Or just wait and see if the local tower is being serviced and might resume normal operations soon.
Before 2022, they were pretty bad.They've been consistent off late honestly. Plus one UI has come a long way too. My issue might be completely isolated or it might be a problem with the update itself.
