Why srilanka didn't get update 

Daily at least one srilankan user post message here for asking Oreo update for j7 nxt but no reply from samsung and no update from samsung then why you connect us with you...what is the purpose ..you can't response us then disconnect us. Don't waste ...

Still not get oreo why?
