Try turning off the "INSTALL APPS FROM UNKNOWN SOURCES" option in settings or else search some unwanted app that might be installing other apps in your mobile from settings and try uninstalling it.
Try resetting the mobile.Some times the updates cause such problems.A reset after a major update will fix.Just save the data on your mobile to some pc temporarily and reset,then put the data back.
