Do you mean Samsung customer care team has accepted ? I am not sure how much that team can be relied aa this is not a straight forward issue. Anyways we want Samsung or Jio to fix the issue so that customers can use 5g on their 5g device

Agree, I have raised complaint for this with Jio customer care and Appelette authority. My jio app should display S20 FE 5G and not S20 FE. They are saying they have escalated the issue, not sure when will they fix it.
