Anyone using s22 ultra USA model in india getting 5g ?. I am using jio in mumbai. Will we get 5g through software update or since the 5g bands are different in usa and India we will not be able to use it

When will be ECG and BP features available in india and even the temperature sensor is of no use right now. Please make these features available as soon as possible so that i can use the watch to its true potential
