5.23 mm is the focal length of the lens, I think so, not sure about that.Both f1.8 and 5.23 are default values, we cannot adjust aperture in mobile cameras as we can in dslr s.In pro mode we can only adjust ISO, SS, WB, AF, Exposure Compensation, etc...
