My S21 ultra fingerprint scanner doesn't work when my fingers are slightly dry, let alone when they are too dry. It only works if i am wearing any lotion.Does everyone face this issue? Or my phone is defected.
Hi, thanks for the reply. Actually when i dry it doesn't work. It works only if my fingers are slightly moisturised. After shower or hand-wash it doesn't work at all.
