S pen disconnected

S pen is showing disconnected in my galaxy note 10 plus though the S pen is placed properly. I tried several times to place and also restarted the phone but it still showing the same issue. what can I do now?

I updated my note 10 plus from UI 3 to 4 but after the update, the battery is draining too fasr than before. what should I do now?
