Hye.Pls guide whether samsung note 20 ultra will receive android 14 update?

With respect, it is stated that after updating my samsung note 20 ultra I am facing severe issue of "ghost touch" . Please help in this matter.I have already reset all settings, network settings and accessibility settings.
