Why my Samsung note app changes automatically dark mode to light and now how to set it to dark mode

I m using SamsungJ7max, i wan to block unknown calls so i turn on the block unknown calls in this device settings but no use of it. I still get unknown calls please fix this problem as soon as possible. Unknown calls are irritable
