When I try for Upgrade verification there comes a message as verification failed (Your device is not registered with Samsung Upgrade).Please provide a solution samsung.
Already done that, however I received a response from your side that the issue has been solved even when the issue still exists.Please get back to me on this asap.
The Sim card is present in the handset as it is my primary device and I also have a valid sms plan. However, the upgrade verification still shows as failed.
