when am in normal call loudspeaker turns on automatically and am looking at the phone the speaker icon is not green.any one please help me how can i resolve this..樂

Dear Samsung team,I have got the oreo update for my s8 and I have done it. After that battery is draining too much and heating also .Please take it as top priority . All other functions are working fine.Please suggest how i can resolve this issue.
