What backup method can ensure that the gallery tags associated with images won't be lost after a reset?The tags "#Head" & "#Savage" are the ones i want to retain

Can I add people in a photo manually as a search option(PEOPLE in search option).

Pics taken using front camera are very grainy irrespective of the ratio and resolution set. Rear camera is fine.This is happening after the android 11 update(one ui3.1). Am i the only one with the problem?

Before the one ui3.1 update auto tags for a picture are just below the picture. But now where to find them?
