Screen burn is a serious issue and it is irreversible. If it was software related then it was manageable but this one is hardware related. So no chance of taking any risk especially with a phone with such a price Tag.
check out the top right corner. If this is the result that means the pixel shifting is happening and you are safe and if it is perfectly aligning, may be you should worry
