The pay bill section is not letting me add a bill or remove existing ones. It just throws an error there is an issue with the server. I have uninstalled and hard reset and factory reset the phone (A5-2017) but still no fix.
I would recommend you backup your contacts sms notes and calender on Samsung and Google cloud. to backup photos videos songs you can directly connect the phone to the laptop and copy paste the folders.
you need to enable the contacts for then to be visible. go to settings -> advanced features -> dual messager . at the very bottom enable the contact selection
