well brother i didn't face this issue in my note 9 but you are facing so its better you visit near authorised service center show them might they can reverse the software firm
well the only reason i purchase samsung is it has the best build quality but surely when we paying heavy price this should be changed now samsung has to increase is software support for longer periods
