I am unable to use my workprofile due to no recent update on security patch. The latest updtar received is 6 months old in June.. please let me know when is next security patch update will be released.

During calls person at other end is hearing his own voice this issue occurred after recent update on m31s, please resolve this

Samsung M31s, Audio output is coming from earpiece at top side of the phone and not from loud speaker at the bottom. I heard similar issue from other m31s devices. Please fix it. Audio is very low from ear piece at the top.
