How to turn notification into bubbles

I have a galaxy F41 and yes I have already turned on bubbles in settings but I'm only able to access it if I drag the notification when it pops up on screen but after that I'm unable to turn it into bubble from notification panel.How to do that?

Can't play video with subtitles embbeded in video

Samsung video player is really good but it lacks the basic feature which all video player have, it can't play subtitles which are embedded in video itself, it can't even find it.
