Can't play video with subtitles embbeded in video

Samsung video player is really good but it lacks the basic feature which all video player have, it can't play subtitles which are embedded in video itself, it can't even find it.

It can play in my A71.
But it has issue with multi language subtitle.

Mine also can play subtitles but only through srt file, not the one embedded in video
