My galaxy s20+ got the issue too .... but before the update... I have emailed the CEO.... some senior executive namedBalram Rathore has mailed me that the team will contact me between 24 to 48 hrs... this is sooo irksome
Did you file a complaint in the consumer forum? I'm facing the same issue and I think it's a good idea to go for consumer redressal too... help me out here, please.
