This is a useless thread as Samsung just doesn't care about customers because of their huge base. I cannot even get Members app because I am too poor with a cheap M21.I would get a new iPhone in 1st week of December and I will be selling this M21. "...

How to install Member's app? Apparently, I am too poor by Samsung's standards to get in that coveted circle!

Aaaaaah! Plebs! My list spans 3000 per week. Many, do not even go to the recycle bin. I get them from my (guess what?) iPhone! 

On my M21, I cannot install that Members app! Say, what now?
