Earpiece volume too low

I am using M51. The earpiece volume of my phone has gone too low. I can hardly hear caller's voice when someone calls. Any fix?

Is anyone else facing issues with Google Play Store after OneUI 3.1 update? Play Store has become very slow. It is either not updating the apps or doing it at a snail's pace.
