In my phone the media sound इस not working but the In call speaker इस perfect and after connecting bluetooth then only the sound Is coming also sometimes sound comes on its own and for sometimes it work properly

Check whether your tv has an option called DC dimming. If not, try getting blue ray-filtering eye wear. Although, it's supposed to filter only blue rays, some people have found the same reducing eyestrain. It's available for less than 500 from stores...
