Hi. I am facing a similar issue on Samsung Galaxy S20.  I am using Jio as Sim 1 & Bsnl as sim 2.    Wifi Calling automatically gets switched off in a min post turning it on.   I do not see an option to turn wifi calling on exclusively for Sim 1 (Jio)...
