How to apply custom icon packs on Samsung One UI Core 4.1??

I have just updated to One UI core 4.1 and I am not able to download Theme park and Goodlock in my device. Is there no way in One UI core version that I can use these apps?I wanted to customise my icons and home screen.What should I do?

Whenever my Wi-Fi calling is off my call gets recorded automatically as set by me but whenever it's on it doesn't record or even pet me manually record my calls.

I have seen in many phones of other companies and they have a feature that switches to a nearest wifi network on its own without changing it manually. This feature would be a great addition to Samsung and will make the Samsung phones even better.

I have checked many samsung devices and they all have link to windows feature without even downloading it from playstore But in my M51 I have to download it from the playstore.
