I have contacted Samsung, they said if there are more reports S21 FE also might get the offer for screen replacement. Better to report it through mail support.lk@samsung.com.

I have reported it for S21FE today. For me also they sent the same reply. They says they haven't receive "any" reports yet for S21FE.
