When will be roll out ONE UI 4 and android 12 update in Samsung galaxy A71 please tell me

What is the meaning of learning usages pattern...

Bixby is not working while phone is lock in A71....but in the setting of Bixby their given option " use while phone locked"  that is not working i want answer please.

I have problem in dark mode....I can keep my phone in dark mode. Even in sunset to sunrise condition, dark mode does not work properly I won't solution this problem because i was face this problem Many days.
