30th software update caused the Green line on my screen.Since my Note 20 Ultra is 3years and few days order, Samsung denied to replace the display free of cost

They told me this is happening because of the software update and Samsung will replace the display free of cost. But the phone should be less than three years old. But my phone is now 3 years and 20 days
I would have not worried if this issue happened on a low end phone. But high end phone if this issue happens then what is the build quality Samsung offers to their customers
