Dont you think I have tried that.They say, they are not sure if this is a software or hardware issue. They say if screen acts normal sometimes, then they cant promise screen replacement will resolve the issue. They just told me , get new phone.
My Galaxy Note 9 also face the same issue since 1 week. And today its permenant green, and also screen is unresponsive. No physical damage whatsoever.
