I've been trying to download the latest firmware update for my TU7000 series TV, but the update image file in the zip file is corrupt and I cannot extract the zip onto a flash drive as per the instructions. Is there an alternative download site or FT...
I also tried the email support form, the form is broken and gives an authentication error. Most unfortunate, I have some issues I'm hoping the newer firmware can resolve.
