I bought m31 two weeks ago and even with 5 mins of gaming time the phone overheats and as if its been getting cookedBattery really doesn't seem like 6000 mAhIs there a way we can replace this phone ?
Ehsank, since you are a Level 5 expert, I was wondering if you are in touch with any samsung official and if we could raise this as a collective issue for all m31 users, both heating as well as battery drain. can you help all the beginners here pls ?
No resolution yet I too came here looking for some help, not sure if this is a platform for users only or someone from Samsung will show up, will be calling service center tomorrow
