Restart your phone and while the phn turns on(After an vibration) press and hold power key+volume up key. Release the power key (hold the power up key)when the Samsung logo appear.Then u will get in to Boot menu..Wipe cache from there.

Iam a normal user. Didn't installed or played any games yet.I used poco m2 pro before m31s.It get more battery backup while comparing to m31s.
