it is happening with every one after pie update(beta)... happening with me too in wynk ans gaana app...will happen in every web streaming app...hopefully gets fixed in final pie update
because they have removed that in android pie...you can still bring any app in pop up(ofcourse it should support that) . when you go in multi tasking window...u will see app icon on every window...click on any icon and u will find many options...one ...
u have installed a third party cache clear application which is overriding system permissions and displaying this... do not install any third party cache cleaner...use samsung's inbuilt one....in the settings under maintenance.. this will b solved
