No security updates, Samsung gives security updates or not?

Unable to copy a movie from mobile to sd card via OTG. When I click copy it starts copying and suddenly disconnecting and after some time reconnecting. What is the problem. The sd card and otg works well on other smartphones.

It is better if Samsung releases Electronic/Digital Image Stabilization with an update in Samsung galaxy on max because this phone specially bought for it's cameras but it doesn't have any image stabilization.

No monthly updates, so Samsung phones are not secured
